We currently ship to all locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, we are working towards expanding our shipping services in the future.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or for custom orders.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer various shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM local time)
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or lost during shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment online.
6. Lost or Damaged Items

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or public holidays may affect delivery times. We will notify you of any significant shipping delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. UltraRapic is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses that lead to delayed or undelivered packages.
