1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at info@ultrarapic.net or (801) 476-7056 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Package the item securely, including the RA number and proof of purchase.
Ship the item to the following address:

Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the desired replacement item. Additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Provide clear photos of the damage or defect and your proof of purchase to expedite the resolution process.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for eligible claims.
6. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards.
Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
Perishable goods or consumable items.
7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs, and duties.
Refunds for international returns will exclude original shipping fees and any customs or duties paid.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
